Popular arthritis drugs that utilize TNF blockers (immune system suppressants) to provide patients with relief are coming under fire from the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) because newer reports by the Journal of the American Medical Association have noted that they increase the risk of patients contracting shingles (herpes zoster), as well as bacterial and fungal infections.
