EAST HANOVER TWP. -The Health Department and the Roseland Board of Health, along with the North Jersey Chapter of the arthritis Foundation, will offer the arthritis Foundation Exercise Program to East Hanover and Roseland residents from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays beginning March 18 and continuing for eight weeks at the Tom Rinaldi Recreation Center, 5th St., Lurker Park.
