According to the arthritis Foundation, the study underscores the importance of physical activity in effective management for adults with both arthritis and heart disease.

The Cincinnati arthritis Walk is May 17 at Sawyer Point in Cincinnati. The walk is the arthritis Foundation’s annual nationwide event that raises awareness and funds to fight arthritis. According to the foundation, it is the most common cause of disability.
